2025- 08- 01

In bearing production, painting is more than aesthetics — it’s an essential process for rust prevention, surface protection, and long-term durability. At DEBOT, every coating step is carefully executed to ensure both appearance and performance.

This video showcases the complete spray painting process of pillow block housings, including:

1. Fixture Setup and Workpiece Mounting

Housings are securely fixed to the racks for stable processing.

2. Internal Surface Masking

Masking tape is applied to protect the inner surface from overspray.

3. Paint Mixing and Preparation

Technicians prepare paint with precision, ensuring smooth application and color consistency.

4. Surface Spray Coating

A uniform coating is applied to enhance the product’s finish and protection.

5. Initial Curing of Coating

Paint is allowed to dry and form a strong adhesion layer.

6. Masking Tape Removal

Masking is removed to reveal clean, untouched internal surfaces.

7. Workpiece Unloading and Transfer

Finished housings are carefully taken down and moved to the next stage.

8. Coating Thickness Inspection (Final QC)

A coating thickness gauge is used to ensure every layer meets process standards.

With standardized and traceable workflows, DEBOT ensures product consistency and reinforces its commitment to precision manufacturing.
